  • 1-on-1 Personal Training

With 10 intensive sessions, I provide the individual guidance and support you need to achieve your specific fitness goals.

In the first session, we discuss your goals and motivation, followed by a body analysis and screening to identify any areas for improvement and imbalances.

Price: €650 for 10 sessions (€65 per session) or €70 per session for individual sessions.

  • Small Group Training

Are you looking for the perfect balance between personal guidance and the power of group motivation? Our Small Group Training offers the best of both worlds!

Train with your friends and share the costs. Enjoy sessions in groups of up to 6 people, allowing you to receive plenty of attention from the trainer while benefiting from the energy of the group.

Prices:
2 people: €400 per person for 10 sessions (€40 per session)
3 people: €350 per person for 10 sessions (€35 per session)
4 people: €300 per person for 10 sessions (€30 per session)
6 people: €200 per person for 10 sessions (€20 per session)

Bring your own group or easily sign up for our Small Group Training using the registration form below. Indicate your level, goals, and availability, and we’ll create the perfect group for you!

Step 2: We will contact you and place you in a group that matches your level and preferences.
Step 3: Start training and experience the benefits of personal guidance in a small, motivating group!

Personal training sessions can also be combined with health coaching sessions, which focus on nutrition, stress reduction, emotional well-being, and more.
